Yes, that script from Jonathan Eaton for the RaQ550 will also work on 
BlueQuartz. I just tested it again on a BlueQuartz. You can grab a copy here:

It polls the user and site information out of CCE and creates a new 
virtusertable in the same directory that the script resides in.

However, the data that's generated by the script is only as good as the data 
you have in CCE. So if your sites don't have an Email Server Alias set, then 
the resulting virtusertable generated by the script  will also lack the 
provisions that emails to user (at mark) domain.tld (without the hostname part!) can be 
received.
