Your OK, gpg-pubkey-f888eeac-47462ece is correct for CentOS 4.x
and Michael Stauber had the answer, I was going to suggest his fix,
But for security reasons 'God only knows what bs comes via the Internet'

Although be careful about leaving Michael's fix in place...
I would change /etc/yum.repos.d/BlueQuartz-Base.repo back to;
  gpgcheck=0
  ... to ... 
  gpgcheck=1
Before you do any other 'yum processes'.
