Has anyone managed to get a Centos 5 install working on either the Tyan
GS12 or GS14 I tried the other week and got errors - not very
explanatory I know.

I'm planning to go to the data centre next week and pull a server to
bring back and test again and I can then be more informative, of course
if someone has managed to get Centos 5 running it would helpful if they
could say if there were any Gotcha's or setup tweaks.
