You might check the mail logs.
cat /var/log/maillog | grep kiva


Or see if the virtusertable has errors.
makemap hash /etc/mail/virtusertable.db <  /etc/mail/virtusertable


What I tend to find is that:
1.  The customer is downloading it  with Outlook and then amazingly then not 
seeing it in the webmail.
2. Or they have 2 computers downloading that account and one is getting it 
and not the other.
3. Or they have a mail rule set up in their outlook or webmail that is 
moving all that email to the Deleted folder.
4. Or spam assassin is deleting it.
