Apologies, your absolutely right, I must have just disabled this at the same 
time thinking no one would use it and it would just get in the way.  Sorry about 
that.

Ah, good plan! :-)

I guess you can comment the whole thing out as I believe /error/noindex.html 
points to the wrong places with virtual sites set up!?
