I believe NuOnce has an RPM for the CentOS 4 servers, but there is probably 
a
lot of work to make FP work with Apache 2.2. Not sure it's worth the effort
as security updates and support stopped 1.5+ years ago.

My customers are upgrading to Microsoft Expression Web which needs the 
FrontPage extensions; and my existing customers that still use FrontPage 
2003 etc.
