While I like the idea of making /home/usr or 
/home/anythingtogroupsthemtogether  It breaks stuff and can cause major 
crashes depending on how much you move...   the directories must maintain 
there depth i.e.: /home/doc /home/bin /home/man

and yes I know it's messy and no I don't like it.
