I did get one step further by confirming that the engine can operate on
StrongBolt,
I moved code to the adminsitration interface directories, and was able to
execute Asp code, connection to database etc.,
I assumed (note assume...) that the problem was with Apache - ASP , and
Thought that maybe using the apache that runs the Chilisoft ASP
administrative interface might work (port 5100),
Did not actually change the binaries or configuration. But the asssumption
in my opinion ruled out kernel incompatibilities.
So in short:
NO I Couldn't,
But hope someone reads this info and might get a step further
