Try this ISO instead:

http://downloads.solarspeed.net/Nu-CentOS-BQ-4.7-SOL2.iso

It's identical to Brian's ISO, but has a newer Linux kernel in the first stage 
loader. That allows to install BQ on hardware that otherwise might not get 
detected correctly. 

I had a few clients that were using some spanky new Intel boards or SunFire 
X2200. The original ISO left them in the same boat: SATA disks were not 
detected. With the repackaged ISO they could install just fine.
