Hello i have a raid problem with hda 
I tried Brain solution on http://www.nuonce.net/bq-raid.php

but getting this error

is there a remote solution 
or if I need to go to the server what is the best way to repair,
take out disk 1 and put a new emty disk in it
will then the server repartition it self 

this is a live server with abouth 100 sites on it so I cant screw up the
second disk


any info is welcome,
