First of all: Many thanks to everyone that offered to contribute translations. 
This is much appreciated.

Yes, the BlueQuartz source code is stored in an SVN on bluequartz.org. The web 
frontend is reachable here: http://bluequartz.org/trac/browser, but uploads 
themselves have to be done with an SVN client. Just for one upload it may be 
too much work to create logins for the contributions, but we'll work 
something out.

For now: If you have files that you want to contribute to the project, please 
contact one of the project maintainers (Hisao, Yutaka, Taco, Paul, Brian or 
me) and we'll do the upload for you.
