It depends on the hardware, many servers use FRAID (fake raid) hardware.
Which, also uses CPU...
I believe if you are going to use hardware RAID, then you need to do a
single drive install. The hardware will then handle the mirroring. But
swatch will not monitor raid status. So you need to have the BIOS notify
of raid failures, not sure how that works...
