Only kinda related...I have similar issue, because in order to allow SCP
access to upload websites, you have to enable the shell access.  But this
also allows SSH access, which I do not want, unless it was far more
restricted.

I've posted the idea a few times to the list, that scponly should be
included as an optional shell for user accounts, this would would allow you
to configure a user with SCP to update web content, but not have SSH access.

Thoughts?
