We use a RaQ2 running Debian for Seconday Server,
But I believe this is the way to do it for two (2) BQ servers

Setup "Primary Service" for a domain on ns1
Edit the SOA Record to allow transfers to ns2
enter ns2.domain.tld in "Secondary Name Servers"
Of course do the save, and update thing

Setup "Seconday Services" for a domain on ns2
  enter the domain name
enter the primary server IP address
Of course do the save, and update thing

That ahould do it.

Test by executing
   dig host.domain.tld (at mark) ns2.domain.tld
for each entry

Gerald
