The Name Server is ns7.nic-ert.al and I can ping it.

and the file /etc/resolv.conf it was not correctly. It was:
# /etc/resolv.conf
# Auto-generated file. Keep your customizations at the bottom of this
file.
nameserver 217.24.249.3
search nic-ert.al
domain nic-ert.al
#END of auto-generated code. Customize beneath this line.

but the DNS should be: 217.24.240.3 so I changet it (from the web)

# /etc/resolv.conf
# Auto-generated file. Keep your customizations at the bottom of this
file.
nameserver 217.24.240.3
search nic-ert.al
domain nic-ert.al
#END of auto-generated code. Customize beneath this line.

Now it works for the updates and for sending e-mails.

But it still remain the problem of the Name Servers for the recorded
domains.
I can't add records because they come out with SRVFAIL when I ask with
dig:

; <<>> DiG 9.2.4 <<>> (at mark) ns7.nic-ert.al ert-test.com.al ns
; (1 server found)
;; global options: printcmd

Thanks a lot
