My interpretation was he wanted to deal with the registration of domains as
well (reading the email again, it does state that) so as this (registering
domains automatically) would be the harder part to do, ie invoicing for
sales, automated collection of payment, registering the domain and those
don't include the management features of running the beast either, setting
up the hosting plan is really the easiest part of it surely... Therefore
spending the cash on scriptlance for someone to make a custom php script to
run the command in a shell will be cheaper than starting from scratch, but
hey that's my thought process behind it..
Once you get AWBS up and running, it is a doddle, then comes the finding a
registrar that is cheap enough, for instance $6.49 (.com/.net) for domains
without the sales gimmick, the usual we are having a sale crap, spend a lot
to get the best plan (LARGE PREPAY), join us to get the best discount and
the joining fee is $X, "just honest there is my cash for the domain, now can
I have it..." :)

working with Blue Quartz. I didn't get the impression AWBS works with BQ.
