I'm trying to add a user. I successfully added a vhost but when I
tried to add a user I got the following message:

"Sorry, you have entered a value for User Name that is not available
on this system. Please enter another value for User Name."

I'm 100% sure the username is valid (all lower case a-z characters, no
spaces, no numbers, no special characters like (at mark) $ / \ etc.) and that
it is not reserved like Admin or the likes.

[This is a bump to Gerald's earlier post on the same subject.]
