Have you removed the forward on admin's mail?  Does it still have this
problem even after removing the forward?

On the whole it's not a good idea to forward 'privileged' users mail to
other non-privileged mailboxes.  It's too easy to run in to circular
(recursive) delivery problems.  For instance if the target of the forward
has a quota.
