Make sure they don't have Outlook (or whatever POP3 client they use)
open which will pull mail off the server and make it unavailable in
webmail.

Subject: [coba-e:10234] Email issues

Hi,

I've got 2 domains on my server reporting losing emails.

One of them claims they were using openwebmail (v2.52 - nuonce load, I
believe) and clicked "refresh" and lost an email between refreshes.

The other claims to have lost data in similar ways.

I've rebuilt the indexes on the openwebmail folders and see nothing
wrong.

No one else is reporting the problem.

Any suggestions?
