Hello Frank,

at the "grub>" promtp, you can edit the boot command line for a single
boot.
Add the mentioned parameter and boot.
Then, after the boot process has finished, login to the box and edit
/boot/grub/grub.conf and add the parameters to the "kernel" line.
Use an editor of your liking.
Once you have added the parameter it will be default for booting and
you will not have to edit the command at the "grub>" boot prompt
anymore.

If you experience any problems with SATA when installing BQ (should
not be the case with Michael Stauber's iso, but most likely be the case with
Nuonce's)), then enter your BIOS setup first and
set the SATA controller to something like
legacy mode, or
PATA more, or
parallel ATA mode (I don't know your BIOS therefore I can't tell what
it is being called in your BIOS)

Chris (member of the CentOS QA team)

P.S.: This was REALLY a question of the underlying CentOS OS and
should first be dealt with at the CentOS lists.
