Getting hard drive model and serial number on CBQ servers

To get the hard drive info on system with IDE hard drives
  execute
		smartctl -i /dev/hdx

		where 'x' is 'a' or 'c'

To ger the hard drive info on system with SATA drives
  execute
		smartctl -i -d ata /dev/sdx

  		where 'x' is 'a' or 'b'
