That's why I said that stuff about also contacting the vendor directly, "so
you guys don't have to monitor this list for support issues".
I should have been more specific. I don't expect any of the 3rd party
vendors to answer specific support questions on this list. I just
personally don't have a problem with people posting BQ "related" issues here
as well, to tap the community gestalt. Mutual aid rather than vendor
support. Even if the best suggestion is "log a support call with
Solarspeed". And if not here, then where?
Then of course there's the "where do you draw the line?" question. Is it a
CentOS issue, or a sendmail issue, or a procmail issue, etc. which would be
"best" answered in some more product specific forum. So my inclination is
to start here (well, the archives) and work outwards in ever widening
concentric googles. :)
You do make some valid points, I just feel like we need a 'general purpose'
BQ forum, and until something else comes along, coba-e fits the bill.
