In /etc/admserv/conf/httpd.conf, there is:

   RewriteRule ^/admin/?$                  https://%1:81/login.php [L,R]
   RewriteRule ^/admin/?$                  http://%1:444/login.php [L,R]

Don't take my word for it, but it would seem that changing these 
and/or commenting them out would do what you need.

On the other hand, perhaps it's easier to change the name of the 
admin directory for Drupal?
