Hello all,

We are running into an issue where we are seeing a small amount of emails
sent out with truncated text, lost attachments, etc. This just started
Monday, and after a few hours seemed to have just "fixed" itself while we
were still investigating what was happening. After looking on the Internet,
and seeing a lot of issues with MailScanner and Postfix (I know, we are
using Sendmail not Postfix on BQ), we can't help but wonder if there is
something similar happening here. Has anyone else had users report that
email was missing parts?

One thing to note here is that these are servers that are used as transport
relays from trusted server connections (not open relays) and email is
generated on a gateway server that uses this mail server to send emails out
on behalf of our customers, to their customers. We can't see anything in
the logs, and short of rebooting the server to see if this clears up, we're
at a loss.

On a related topic... We purchased these servers from RaQware and everything
was pre-installed, and up until Monday, these were working great (Thanks
George). Is it possible to temporarily disable MailScanner, so that we could
rule that out as a possibility? I wasn't able to see anything in the GUI
that allowed us that ability.

Many Thanks
