Looks like a setup problem.
What does "df -h" look like? there may not be drive space, as it cannot
write to the drive
Does /etc/mail/local-host-names have the local domain names?
What does "locate mbox" look lime? Does it have the users 'mbox' listed?
Try "dig domain.tld MX" See if you get the correct response
