Hi Jim,

I think that the reason the error is that file has ':'.
We need to use other character instead of ':', if we support
to develop on Windows.
But, /usr/sausalito/bin/cce_construct use ':' as the delimiter.

So, could you checkout on Linux?

Does anyone have an opinion about this filename?
