I have in the past hacked together some things and they of course later
get overwritten by later BQ updates. Wondering if there is some sort of
official process for requesting new features and implementing them?

For instance a while back I put together an option that allowed me to
turn on and off mailling support for a site. Also you could specify the
number of lists they could create. I hate this maillist feature as alot
of people dont know how to use them properly and end up creating support
issues. So I turned it off by default and only enabled it for customers
that requested the feature and it also provided me an opportunity to
charge them extra.

So here is my list of requested items.

1. Ability to turn off maillist support for a site
	a. If enabled ability to specify the number of email lists they can create
	b. Ability to specify the maximum number of users they can add to any
one list

2. Ability to turn off WEB support for a site. I commonly offer just
email hosting and it would be good to turn off WEB support for those
customers.

3. Disable FTP access.
	a. Disable FTP at a site level ALL - I would use this to disable FTP
for me email only domains
	b. Disable FTP at site level - Allow SiteAdmin - Only allowing
SiteAdmin's for the site to have FTP access
	c. Disabled FTP at user level - Be able to enable/disable FTP access on
a per user basis. This could be controlled by siteadmin and the default
would be disabled with the exception of a siteadmin

4. Disable IMAP access
	a. Disabled for site - If site is set then no users under site is
allowed to use IMAP.
	b. Disable for user
